Returns
We stand by our products 100% and want our customers to love them as much as we do. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to help you find a resolution for the issue. Please note that all orders are custom manufactured and fulfilled per customer specifications, therefore returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy last for 30 days after your payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are unable to offer exchanges once the order is in the processing or shipment stage. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to change it before it begins processing. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
